Overview

Lucky 3 Solitaire is a card puzzle game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use our app.

Data We Collect

Lucky 3 Solitaire does not require an account and does not collect contact information such as email address, phone number, or real name.

• No account required. You can play without registering or logging in.
• Local game data. Game progress, achievements, settings, and unlocks are stored locally on your device using localStorage / device storage.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Lucky 3 Solitaire displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to show personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent choices.

• Consent: On first launch, you will be shown a consent screen (GDPR/UMP). You can choose whether to allow personalised ads.
• Data used by AdMob: May include advertising ID, IP address, device information, and app interaction data. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• iOS App Tracking Transparency: On iOS 14.5+, you will be asked for permission before your advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalised ads.
• Changing your choices: Where required, use Privacy choices in the app's About settings. You can also manage advertising or tracking permissions in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

In-App Purchases

Lucky 3 Solitaire offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") to permanently disable advertising. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are governed by their respective terms. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Daily Leaderboard (Optional)

If you choose to view or submit Daily Challenge leaderboard results, the app signs in to Firebase anonymously and leaderboard data is sent to Firebase (Google). This may include an anonymous Firebase user ID, an optional display name, the challenge date, completion time, move count, combo information, result type, and update time. Firebase is not initialized for leaderboard use until you use this optional feature, and the data is used only to provide the leaderboard.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of leaderboard data by following the instructions at Lucky 3 Solitaire Data Deletion Request. Local game data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local storage from your device settings.

Device Permissions

• Vibration (Haptics): Used for game feedback. No data is collected.
• Internet: Used for the optional leaderboard feature and to load advertisements.
• Notifications: Used (with your permission) to send a daily reminder when the new Daily Challenge is available. No personal data is collected.

Children

Lucky 3 Solitaire is a general-audience app and is not specifically directed to children. Interest-based ads are shown only when the user has provided the consent required by applicable law and platform rules; otherwise ads are non-personalised where supported.

Changes to This Policy
